Shipping & Returns

Customers may place orders at any time but orders processed after 2pm EST may not be processed that same day. All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours via UPS ground.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping UPS Ground:

  • Free shipping for orders over $200
  • Flat Rate - $6.00 for orders under $200 and under 10 lbs
  • Additional $.50 per pound over 10 lbs

There is also a $1.50 handling charge on each order regardless of the order total.

For USPS orders, additional shipping charges will apply regardless of total order. We are only able to use USPS for APO/FPO orders - no exceptions. Free shipping over $200.00 does not apply to USPS orders.

Also, if you place an order and it gets shipped and then you call or e-mail for us to have the address changed while in transit or the order sent back to us, there will be a charge of $5 plus a 10% restocking fee on an order being sent back. This is what UPS charges us so we have to pass it on.

International Shipping

International shipments will be made by the quickest and most economical method. International customers are responsible for all applicable import restrictions. Orders shipping outside of the United States will be charged shipping based upon weight and destination. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can go UPS ground but charges will have to be calculated for each order and approved by you before the order will ship.

Wrong Address

Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address is not refundable and may incur an additional shipper address correction charge. Orders with a shipping address to a P.O. Box can not be fulfilled.

RETURNS

All domestic returns must be accompanied with a Return Processing Authorization Number. Email us at info@vitalityfitnessandnutrition.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Orders more than 30 days old cannot be returned and we cannot accept returns of open products. Shipping Errors

To make sure that your problems are handled as quickly and effectively as possible, please follow these guidelines:

  • Damages or discrepancies in our shipments must be reported to our office within 24 hours. [Email info@vitalityfitnessandnutrition.com]
  • Discrepancies must be reported immediately!
  • Shipments are checked, rechecked and initialed on the packing slip by an inspector before they leave our warehouse. Please have this packing slip (with order number) available when contacting us regarding any problems.
  • In case of damage or breakage: save all packing materials and damaged products so that UPS can inspect.

Claims for loss or damage on delivery by common carrier.

  • All merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.
  • Freight companies will not accept shipments unless the number of cartons agrees with the number of cartons on the bill of lading.
  • Responsibility for safe delivery of your shipment is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier.
  • We cannot be liable for case shortages or damages that occur after the merchandise has left our warehouse.
  • Vitality Fitness and Nutrition, LLC is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not ship drinks in glass containers – no exceptions.

Information regarding returned checks:

  • There will be a $25.00 charge on any checks returned as non-payable for any reason.
  • Any check not reimbursed within 10 business days may be subject to criminal prosecution.
  • Certified funds may be required for future purchases.

Product Availability

What we sell will always be in stock unless our distributor is out. This is a very rare situation for us. If a product is going to be out of stock for more than a week we will marked it out-of-stock with the option to be emailed upon its arrival.
