Our Nutrition and Personal Training Success Stories I am one of those people who enjoys learning, and have to say that each time I have a personal training session with Scott, I go home with more knowledge about how my body works. Each time I come he has something interesting for me to read or tells me things regarding the specific exercises of the day. He is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge – I learn something new from him every day. I started training with Scott about a month ago and am already seeing great results. He is so enthusiastic about helping me reach my health and fitness goals. I enjoy and look forward to our personal training sessions. I even have fun while I am working hard to reach my goals. He encourages with ease – if I have a difficult time with an exercise he alters on the spot. Scott also put me on his nutrition program. I was an extremely unhealthy eater and ate mostly carbs and no protein. I had no clue. Now I know how to properly balance my meals. I have seen immediate results – my skin glows and I feel better all over. Scott concentrated on form and proper lifting techniques so I did not injure myself. He will offer ways to help you reach your goals and help you get there in the most viable and safest way. I was able to reach my fitness goals in relatively less time just through proper lifting and coaching techniques by using a personal fitness trainer like Scott. I have found that Scott has helped me gain confidence to realize that I am a lot stronger than what I think and I can do a lot more that what I thought I could. Scott does not push you beyond your limit but helps bring you to the highest limit you can reach comfortably. If anyone would like to know directly from me about my experiences with Scott I without hesitation would have no problem to speak to anyone directly. This trainer is among the best and most professional and has the knowledge and principles to back that up. Scott is boundless in his talents as a trainer and is willing to share that experience with his clients. - Bob Scott introduced me to the My Vitality Nutrition Program way of eating, and I thought he was out of his mind. There was no way that I would be able to eat that much, that often and lose weight! My past attempts at weight loss was through deprivation, so this was a new experience. Right after starting the program I noticed immediate changes in my general health. I had more energy, my general appearance improved and my colleagues were jealous of my lunches! After about a month, my clothes started to fit better, and I started to see results on the scale. Every other month I would have to buy something new because my clothes were too big. For the first time in my life I felt in control of my eating and my body. I have since been training with Scott for about seven years. - Celeste I Want to Share This With Everyone I never thought that I would want to have anything to do with weight lifting and anything to do with any kind of physical activity at all. But once I started training with Scott, I realized that is exactly what I want to do.
